Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink. Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.Strong organisational skills and great customer service.Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
